At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

Esperaba mas del lugar La reserva estaba desde hace 3 días, nos dieron la primera mesa detrás de la gente de entrada, en fin Pedi el menu de tres tiempos El gumbo bastante malo, sin sabor mal cocinado El red snaper excelente, asi como los postres De appetizers pedimos ostras, tartar de ahi tuna y calamari frito, todo bien, poca porción de calamares Por los precios no regreso gracias

Service was excellent, very attentive The food was exceptional! Scallops were cooked perfectly and the special trout dish was also delicious. Overall great place for seafood!

A trip to Fort Worth would not be complete without a family dinner at The Waters. Great food and excellent service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening on the patio. The wine was good, the oysters tasty and the branzino well prepared.

Waters, and its staff, are the best! Very attentive to your getting what you ordered. The food is incredibly good, all of it! Everyone gets their food at the same time! All the staff is very personable and happy !

Isabelle was a wonderful server! Engaging and attentive without hovering. Great menu suggestions. The seafood tower was beautiful and fresh, and was actually enough to be dinner for two with no other sides or dishes. Highly recommend.

I was kind of disappointed in our dinner last night. The steaks were over cooked and the food took a very long time to come out. My husband and I were there 2 weeks ago and it was very good. Service was very slow too. Having to ask for bread and tea a couple of times. Wasn’t happy with it overall.

The food and selection were great. Our waiter was busy but did a good job of serving us our dinner. Great dining experience.
