This New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, enjoy a four course prix fixe menu with Guest favorites and chef-inspired creations, plus a champagne toast at midnight to bring in the New Year. An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

Staff was prompt and attentive, made good suggestions. It was a special celebration and they helped to make it memorable. Food was very good, had the sea bass and the black cod. SOme squash with quinoa as a side and a delicious dessert.

They made our experience so pleasurable! It was my husbands birthday and all the waiters signed a card and gave it to him while they seated us. Water was always filled, bread was amazing, and the food was great. Highly exceeded my expectations!

We were a party of 5 and dined with David as our server on Saturday. Our 4:45 reservation was ready immediately and David quickly came to greet us and was incredibly attentive throughout. Water Grill has no corkage charge, so we brought a bottle of wine and David promptly opened it. The food was great, solid portion size and very fresh. Our kids had a great experience as well.

Very noisy. Very expensive for what it is. Service OK but not particularly attentive. They completely failed to get our side dishes out before we were finished with our mains, and that definitely didn't help. I've tried it twice and come out with the same opinion -- overpriced, over-loud, not worth going back.

Very very good. They are perfectly consistent. It’s a bit noisy at times. But I don’t think anything on the menu will disappoint.

While the food was absolutely amazing, the table we were sat at was obnoxious to say the least. On a busy corner right outside of the kitchen and in front of the live tanks, there was SO much traffic and noise the entire dinner, it really took away from the experience. I would have been slightly more understanding if we had walked in for dinner, but this was the table we received even having a reservation. Mentioned our apprehension to our server upon seating but felt blown off by her lack of concern or empathy.

We were excited to experience the Water Grill having enjoyed the location in downtown LA for a number of years before returning to Seattle. It is not the same. The restaurant is large and lacks the cozy feel. The food was inconsistent. In our party of 4 we had one person who does not eat fish. He ordered the hamburger, medium rare, and the chef overcooked it. It was done medium well or well. The two fish dishes were tasty and done to order. The scampi was fine but needed additional seasoning and was a small portion for the price. The bread, as always, was a treat. My wife will want to return. The others in the party may not be excited to do so.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Water Grill. A little pricier than others but money well spent on a quality dinner. Service, food, and ambience were five stars.

Well, the food was quite good, a couple of items to be returned for temperature adjustments. Waiter was quite attentive. But being from another era, I am still affronted by the mindless behavior of wait staff in general. They will start clearing the table before others are finished with the course and dump the bill on your table before you ask for it. Overall, it's a good restaurant worth a try if your wallet does not put up a violent resistance
