Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

    We really enjoyed our first visit to Warren. Our server was attentive and helpful with suggestions. The food was delicious, and portion sizes were very ample. Get the burger it's really yummy. The salmon was perfectly cooked. We had one food allergy and they were very diligent about making sure that was attended to. Cool ambience. Warm and inviting. We'll worth a try. We would go back.

    If you're in to bourbon, this is the place. My son-in-law loved tasting the bourbons he hadn't yet tried. For the rest of us, there are other spirits, wines and cocktails. Everything we ate was delicious. I especially love the burger with a side caesar salad.

    Our 1st time here, but definitely not the last! The atmosphere was amazing! Our waiter was knowledgeable and kind! Our food came out quickly and hot! And was delicious! I had a filet and my son had lobster mac n cheese! Both great

    If you don't mind overpaying for noise, bad service, and unexceptional food, this place is for you. No need to go into detail other than to say, we'd rather not yell our way through an overpriced, average meal with condescending servers. We were looking forward to it, but sadly it's not for us.
