First time that I go to Skylight and was a little disappointed. Service was good my server was very nice and friendly. However you could see that they lacked preparation and organization on the dinner service. I had to share the cocktail menu with other tables and one of the cocktails that I wanted to try wasn't available, they only had one printed cocktail menu for all the guests. They took a long time to bring each set course to the table therefore most of the dishes were cold and I found them tasteless. I received duck and fish in an arrow, I was expecting maybe a pasta, soup or rice, it was a lot of cold protein in my opinion. The price that I prepaid for this meal was not worthy I found it a little expensive compare to the portions and value of the food. The music wasn't good either, when we first arrived the band was playing and they left very soon, they also took a long break before playing two more songs before leaving, the DJ wasn't really giving a lot of NYE ambience.

我是訂料除夕夜晚餐價錢$190一位還要加稅及加服務費有現場Band 有 DJ 打碟. 但問題是食物相當一般特別個鴨胸又凍又乾投訴了之後再從廚房攞另外一碟新出來但仍然都是又乾又凍但我覺得個侍應相當唔錯還有去到數之後突然餐房傳來非常重的大麻味道這樣令我非常不按我唔會推介

This restaurant checks all the boxes! Celebrated my birthday here and it was the perfect setting. 10/10 would recommend for a romantic date or dinner with friends.

Came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. We were staying at the hotel and had reservations for both here and living room. In general i would skip this place. they did not do anything to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, which i guess is fine but then didn’t even show us the dessert menu. (I also left it in the reservation comments that it was a birthday) The portions were okay but the food was rather bland. Additionally our server was no where to be found, rarely checking up on us or asking us if we wanted more drinks. We ordered 3 plates and sides and still left hungry.
