There's no better place to celebrate your loved one than from 55 floors above our beautiful city... This Valentine's Day, we will be offering a bespoke Tasting Menu crafted by Executive Chef Hugh Allen, complemented by a selection of carefully curated wines from our Master Sommelier, Dorian Guillon. No menu will be released prior to the evening, nor to you at the table. Instead, your culinary journey will be announced course by course as your evening unfolds. All 6pm reservations are required back by 8pm. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated no later than 14 days prior to your reservation, payment is non-refundable past this time.

Due to the nature of this bespoke event, dietary requirements cannot be accommodated. Beverage pairings are available to be ordered on the night.

What a wonderful and unique experience we had at Vue de Monde. Beautifully crafted food showcasing the best Australian produce with some unique twists. Highly attentive and knowledgeable staff made us feel very special. Certainly the best culinary experience that I have had.

The food was innovative and exciting with superb flavours. The service was discreet professional and first class. There was also a very impressive wine list to compliment the menu. Overall the evening was memorable and at times theatrical which made for a wonderful experience.

The chefs are really clever in what they prepare for each dish, delicious food, amazingly presented (wish they would share their recipes as a memento of the dining experience). Prepare yourself for a massive feast of 13 dishes. Staff are friendly, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant has elegant décor and views of Melbourne, making it ideal for special occasions. The restaurant is in high demand, so prepare to book few months in advance. Truly a memorable experience.

Came here 3 years ago love seeing the changes they've done on the menu as well as the interactive piece they allow people into the kitchen to have a palate cleanser. Amazing! Service always impeccable. Last few courses slightly longer than the rest but I was so full at the end I was struggling.

Awesome experience! We really liked the chef’s signature menu. We paired the food with wine packed that really made the flavors even greater! I highly recommend to try!

Prior to lunch, pleasant to have cocktails at the Lui Bar with a great view of Melbourne. The restaurant has nice ambience. Exclusive one on one attention by staff during the meal. Each dish, craft of its own was described although some uncommon ingredients were hard to hear because of noise in background. Exceptional flavour and taste complemented by nice wines.

Dining Experience Review: Vue de Monde Dining at Vue de Monde was an exceptional experience that truly lived up to its reputation. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding.
