Since opening in 2004, Bayside residents and business’ alike have grown to love Vivace as their premier local eatery and function venue to catch up with friends, family and business colleagues.

Owner Chris Favaloro and co-host Andrew Zoli of Vivace are the dynamic duo that collaborate the front of house whilst Executive Chef, Davide Ferraro leads the talented team offering an extensive, modern Italian inspired menu , incorporating fresh local seafood, Black Angus beef, house made pastas and delectable desserts for the most fastidious diner.
Our Suburban Italian restaurant has a very classy and warm atmosphere, with soft and intimate lighting. Professional staff members are knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and offer a non-intrusive level of service at all times. The tantalising menu ranges from fresh seafood to quality meat, with specials that change daily to keep regular diners happy.

I had an outstanding experience at Vivace Italian Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was simply amazing – every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors. From the perfectly cooked pasta to the decadent dessert, everything was top-notch. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy quality Italian cuisine, Vivace is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! 🌟

We had a thoroughly delightful dinner at Vivace on Tuesday evening; the food was excellent, the service impeccable and the wine and cocktails were perfect!

Good food, service was a little slow as we were in the back section and not enough waiters looking through. Food was brought out quickly. Wine seems a bit overpriced.

Not knowing this area or any particular restaurant, we google searched to see what types of cuisine were available. We plumped for Italian at Vivace and we were not disappointed. From the moment we opened their door through until we said goodbye to our waiter we were treated as valued customers. The "specials" were explained to us and sounded awesome. The menu had plenty of choice. The wine list offered a good range of by the glass options. The meals we ordered were beautiful in flavour, size and presentation. We could not fault the entire experience. Sadler, we don't live near Brighton so can't make Vivace a regular night out but we would definitely recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
