There seemed to be a lack of staff in the restaurant tonight and this adversely affected the timing of the meals, waiting on line to be seated even with a booking and to get drinks. Once finally seated we ordered online which was easy and straightforward. 2 Parmys were ordered, one being a traditional Parmy and they both had bone in them, never in my life have I had a Parmy with a bone, it was not pleasant. The chips were nice, the salad left alot to be desired. The food took over 40 minutes to come and this had to be followed up. The kids meals that came with poppers and ice cream came with no poppers and staff had to be chased down just to get the ice cream. All in all, we wouldn't go back.

Good food and great kids club. It was a busy evening when we went - the staff who were working were great however it would have been good to have a few more on the floor.

Nice place but it took nearly 1 hour to receive meals. Ordered lunch specials. Not really happy with the hotdog with sauerkraut. The Bun was hard as a rock, with a kransky in the middle with a bit of cold sauerkraut on top, had to eat the kransky and sauerkraut and leave the bun. The burger was the same, the bun was hard as a rock, had to deconstruct it to eat it. On the positive side, nice atmosphere, staff were great and the parmi meal was good.

Our first visit to Caloundra RSL was a bit overwhelming, from tight car parking spaces, to a very busy Saturday night and a much bigger dining area than expected. Service was good when ordering meals & not that slow considering numbers. My friend had rump steak which he declared excellent, I had Calamari which a little cooler than expected but still nice, salads were better than average. Living in the 70's put on a great show, as was the warm-up act. We would come again perhaps on a less busy night
