I made this reservation and made sure to mention that it is for our 17th year anniversary. Typically, when you dine in a fine dining restaurant they pay attention to if you’re celebrating a special occasion otherwise, it’s better yet to do a walk in. This place since it’s near the casino floor, smells like cigarette smoke which I wish they would have a better air filter system so the guest are not inhaling the second hand smoke while eating. My main disappointment was the lack of personal touch. Although we were asked if we were celebrating an occasion, there was not even a dessert offered to us as a complement like when you normally dine to other fine dining restaurants. That was just disappointing in my opinion. Service was very slow too. The table next to us even got entered comped because they had to have their order to go because of the wait. Now once food was served, we felt rushed since there’s a lady who keeps coming back to our table to check if she can dished out some plates. That was really awkward and made the whole dining experience un enjoyable. I was looking forward to try this place , even drove all the way from puyallup just to be disappointed by the service here and on a special occasion too.

Excellent dining experience. We had the wedge salad, the 3 stake plate, premium sides of asparagus and mushrooms, and a cheesecake for dessert. Every plate was a visual and culinary delight. Highly recommended.

The table service and dining experience were superb. Everything was accommodated and the staff were all wonderful. Our meal with gratuity was a reasonable $400, which included a nice bottle of wine. The only issue is this. I purchased the: FLANNERY BEEF $99 16oz | 14 day dry aged. It says this is a 16oz cut. When it arrived to the table I felt it looked kind of small. I ate half the steak and the half I brought home weighs 3.5 oz. In other words this was an 8oz steak, and thus the restaurant should credit me $50. I would’ve rather gotten what I paid for. I still recommend VistaPrime as an elegant dining experience, but they could do better and join the ranks of El Goucho and others.

Absolutely Amazing… Hunter was a pleasure. Better than Ascend, El Gaucho, Daniels, or Anthony’s. The food was amazing, but the service is why we will be back. Thank you for a lovely valentines dinner.

Our food was good, but on the expensive side. The service was average (nothing special for a steakhouse). We enjoyed our dinner, but probably won't go back since it's about 30 minutes from our house and it didn't stand out as an outstanding steakhouse to return to.
