   Wonderful experience! 10/10! Visiting and they did not disappoint! Try the short rib, its amazing.

   The service was excellent! The cornbread was a little hard, but our waiter replaced it, but we had already eaten our meal, which was disappointing. However, the fish & grits were scrumptious! The ambience was nice, and the music was great… old school R&B, played at a low level.

   I've dined at this restaurant twice, and it was amazing both times. The drinks and food never miss. Service was excellent. Recommend reservations.

   It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I loved it. The waiter Anthony was excellent very friendly and educated!

   Sat in the bar area so was a little noisy, would have liked to be in the main dining room. got gumbo, it was yummy but was supposed to have chicken and sausage and the chicken was missing so felt a little flat. Cornbread was just okay but the Short Rib was outstanding. Service was slow.

   Great food and service. A little pricey though. I recommend the short ribs, maccaroni, and the cornbread. Food came out extremely fast. Drinks were strong but tasty.

   Comfort food at its most sumptuous. Every dish from fried green tomato’s and corn bread to blackened red drum with grits and crab étouffée was prepared with warmth, character and delightful levels of seasoning. Don’t skip the lemon meringue pie for dessert! Highly recommended!

    From start to finish, making reservations to actually sitting down and eating, I have no complaints. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I didn’t feel judged for being solo. My server and other staff checked in with me multiple times throughout the meal.
