Dante and his team are the new-kids on Moody Street, Waltham but old pros in the Boston area. Dante has been cooking in his home town of Abruzzo since 1979. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him. We are excited to bring our skills to Waltham where we welcome old friends and invite new ones to Vinotta Restaurant.

Vinotta Restaurant serves simple food made with fresh, wholesome, organic ingredients using locally sourced vendors. Flowing between classic and modern Italian favorites all made from scratch and sure to suit your palate. Domestic and imported wine selections to compliment food choices available for in-house and take out dining.

The food was amazing., everything we ordered was delicious, everyone was happy with their meal. The service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended

The food was really excellent and Dante the chef was brilliant. He specifically made for me and off the menu tuna tartare that was to die for.

Vinotta is an excellent restaurant. Consistently delicious food snd setvice. A very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. It is a favorite.

Outstanding. Exceptional. A Total Gem. Don't miss. The food was simple amazing. Terrific service, comfortable atmosphere. Everything we tried was so delicious, well prepared and presented elegantly. Unexpected to find such good pasta dishes on Moody Street in Waltham, but don't fight it - just go eat there. I can't wait to go again.

Waltham gem for fine Italian cuisine in a cozy contemporary setting with pale blue and white decor, including professional and knowledgeable staff dressed in crisp, blue plaid vests. A polished, but nonetheless relaxed experience. Veal piccata,Red snapper and chicken Marsala were all delicious mains.

Excellent service, food, ambience. The carpaccio, mozzarella, and bolognese were fresh and served at the right temperature. The wait staff and maitre d were professional and responsive. And the price was reasonable. Will be returning!

Sadly we were not impressed! Hostess was not friendly… we had a booth by the door and spent the meal uncomfortably cold, hostess would not accommodate our request to be moved., her attitude was not welcoming.The food was ok nothing special… We have to give our waiter Christian an amazing review! He was attentive,polite and went out of his way to please!

Outstanding all around! The food, the service, the atmosphere are all first class. Owners come and speak with you and you laugh. Going to be a regular place for us when looking for authentic Italian in a wonderful place. Don’t usually do reviews but had to In this case - it was that great.
