Vines es un restaurante boutique de lujo que ofrece gastronomía exquisita en un ambiente elegante y animado. La misión del restaurante es crear una experiencia incomparable para los clientes, a partir de una combinación ingeniosa de sofisticación contemporánea y tradición. El restaurante, ubicado en el centro de la zona de restaurantes Restaurant Row de Orlando, está a pocos minutos del centro de convenciones. De propietario local desde hace más de 12 años, ofrece una experiencia gastronómica única en Orlando. Vines cuenta con un menú que incluye solo los mejores cortes de res de calidad USDA Prime, Wagyu, marisco fresco capturado en estado salvaje, aves de corral totalmente naturales, cordero y promociones especiales inspiradas según la temporada. Con los años, Vines ha adquirido una de las mayores y más completas cartas de vinos del país y ha sido reconocido con varios premios, incluyendo el "Best Award of Excellence" de la revista Wine Spectator. Our food and drinks were wonderful when we finally got them. We were sat without a drink menu so our first waitress went to grab one for us and gave us some time to review. A second waitress then came to take our order by asking “what do you want?” And when we gave our drink order asked “that’s it?”. We were luckily ready to order food as well so ordered three plates off the menu. Five minutes later the same waitress came back and asked if we wanted to order food. When we explained she had just taken our order she said “I know, the two drinks. You don’t want any food?”… What?… so we ordered again. After about 20 minutes we got our first and only food item and still hadn’t received any drinks. Finally the first waitress returned and asked if we were okay. We said we were still waiting on drinks (assuming our other food was on its way). She apologized and comped them. More time went by and we had still not received our other two food items. So when the first waitress returned we asked and she had to retake our order after the second waitress took our food order twice. At this point one of the items we had ordered was now unavailable so we had to pivot a portion of our original order 45 minutes later. The first waitress was very friendly and understood at this point that it was comically bad. We really appreciated her understanding of the situation and the drinks and food all tasted great. We made the most of a bad situation and didn’t let it ruin our night. But if we didn’t have a gift card that we had to use I doubt we would have stayed.

First time here with friends . The food was great along with service . At first the bar area was loud with music and we were expecting a quieter atmosphere . It did tone down with a calmer tone to end the night. We were able to enjoy the food and have conversation.

We had a great time for happy hour. We ordered a feast and everything was delicious including the drinks. I’ll be back.

My fish was good, my guests didn’t like their meal. The music was really loud. The place was freezing we asked a few times to turn it down. It was so cold it was uncomfortable to enjoy the experience. Our waitress was awesome!! It wasn’t crowded at all so maybe we just picked an off night.

Overcooked steak, overcooked shrimp, cold broccolini. Booth was broken. Seat literally caved in and had to move. Hostess said, “Yeah, that one is broken.” Wonder why they seated us there? Total dud. Won’t go back.

Our server was great for it being his first day but he received no help from his colleagues for a 10-top. I saw who seemed to be a manager walking around and not really doing anything. Server would be great if the staff, bar and kitchen would have been on his side. Food was just alright. Everyone who got the steak frites said it was way too salty and ate very little of the food. Very not what we expected for our attempt to treat our clients to a nice dinner.
