Overall it felt like a very untrained staff across the operation. Front of house service was totally disorganized. Nobody acknowledged us for the first 10 minutes we were there. We then had repeatedly ask for items like water, the drinks we had ordered, the check (which was wrong). Waiters also keeps bring us the wrong orders. The restaurant was serving holiday themed tiki-style drinks. Our party hypothesized that the bartender had not been adequately trained on the recipes as they all tasted terrible. Fun holiday-themed mugs though! The food was ok, but was not prepared as indicated on the menu. I spoke to the manager at the end of the meal who was very apologetic and comped us on several items. He also offered us a gift certificate for future dining which we declined as we will not be returning.

Drove over an hour to get here because they we're hosting the Sippin' Santa Pop up (there arent many in NY or NJ this year) The cocktails were horrendous, we dont send stuff back but these drinks were not made by people who know how to follow a simple recipe. after 2 rounds, we gave up because things werent gonna get any better. It looks nice inside, our server was nice and helpful, food was alright, but they were out of steak (at 8pm on a saturday) clearly understaffed, and definitively unprepared to offer a high end cocktail option like Sippin Santa. Thoroughly disappointed.

They are not set up for a large crowd, their bars can’t handle both the bar and the tables. And food orders came out extremely late and not all together.

This could be such a great restaurant. Sadly, it isn't. It took forever to get drinks (with the meal, I also ordered a glass of wine, but I was charged for something completely different - annoying). The apps were creative, but everything came out like it had sat for 5 minutes—just warm enough not to send it back, but it really should have. The mains were good but could have been better. I love other Landmark-owned restaurants, but this one needs attention from someone who can really make it hum.

Very loud bad music, the starter was excellent rest of the food so so, server was inexperienced and untrained made lots of mistakes
