We had made a reservation for New Year’s Eve and we were seated immediately. Our food was delicious , our server and the bus boy could not have been more attentive even though this was a very busy evening. We will be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely way to spend New Year’s Eve. Loved the mango buratta salad. Our server made the evening special .

Whelp, this was an interesting one! The service is overly attentive such that they checked on us every 2 minutes (I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing!). We were out on a date, so we were interrupted fairly frequently…lol. The food: overall rather disappointing. The calamari was extremely tough and doused in vinaigrette; my boyfriend almost choked on it. Our server was kind enough to discount it, however (thanks!). The lobster bisque was adequate, and the penne vodka was noticeably undercooked and also tough to chew. The bread was good, however. My boyfriend enjoyed his bolognese but remarked that is was average at best. We sustained some gasiness thereafter, rendering the date kind of hilarious to an absurd degree. Lmao.

Second time at this restaurant , still very average food . Service was prompt and attentive. Food quality and presentation is no different than many other trattorias at this level as Fellini for example . Doubt will be back .

We love Villa Artigiano. Every meal there has been fabulous. The Bolognese is about the best we ever have had. Same for the osso buco, fish, etc. The appetizers (burrata, eggplant, caesar salad, etc.) are similarly great! The staff is always courteous, professional, and prompt. We broke with tradition last night to have Christmas Eve dinner there with eight family members. Everyone raved about the food and the service. You must try it!

We had a great pre Christmas dinner just the 2 of us. Relaxing before all the hustle and bustle occurs.

My group of 6 thought $39 for the branzino and for the lamb chops was a little steep. The black linguine pescatore (aldo pricey at $32) was very good but the pasta was a little soft, overcooked a little beyond al dente. A special advantage that it is BYOB; much appreciated, as that probably saved us $20 -$30 / bottle of wine, and allowed our own choices. Also appreciated that the discs was not too crowded with tables tight together, and was not as noisy as most restaurant interiors these days. Overall, very good, and well worth a visit. We will go back again. Hope they continue to succeed.
