                      We had a very poor experience with this restaurant. We weren't seated for well over 30 minutes after our reservation time. We were told that the previous occupants of our table had arrived late due to weather conditions, which had ended 24 hours before the time of our reservation. Based on the slow service we view this as extremely unlikely. Even after being seated service was slow, slow slow, taking far too much time to get our drinks, get our order in and get our food. The restaurant was just plain noisy ( not energetic as is the worst rating you allow), making conversation difficult. The grilled oyster appetizer was undercooked. 4 of us had steak for main courses ( the house specialty???) and 3 of 4 were not cooked properly. The server initially advised that the improper cooking was based on them being different cuts of meat... what??? The server then relented and offered to have them replaced. Overall it was an unsatisfactory experience. Too bad; Hamilton can use more good restaurants. This is not one of them.

                      The first TWO times I dined at Victoria's the fare was excellent, I would go as far as saying unparalleled! Last night however the fare was mediocre at best, food I could receive at any cheaply priced steakhouse chain. Two other people that were with me had also previously dined at Victoria's and were of the same opinion. I had planned on bringing my sister & brother in-law to Victoria's but now have reconsidered. If the quality is not consistent I would prefer to find a place with very good quality food that can deliver every time I dine there not just some of the time!

                      I went here for the first time with 3 girlfriends for my birthday. It exceeded my expectations. The food was sooo good, everything was cooked perfectly, so much flavour. Our service was great, super nice atmosphere. Honestly probably the best steak iv ever had. We also tried almost all of the sides, delicious

                      Absolutely incredible experience at Victoria’s. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our first time at Victoria’s special. A huge thank you to Patty and our waitress. All of the dishes we had were impeccably presented with creative and unique flavours. Our steaks were perfectly done, we all remarked that these were the best steaks we had experienced in quite some time. You must try their divine chocolate cake as well. Will definitely be back! This place is truly deserving of a Michelin review in our humble opinions.

                      Always a pleasure dining here, service is amazing and attentive. Ribeye steak here with truffle butter is the best I’ve ever had yet and I’ve had a lot of steaks everywhere. Its me and my partners favourite restaurant in Hamilton, such a gem.

                      As always, Victoria's has excellent food, great service and the nicest ambience you could find in a restaurant. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and the staff was so very nice and made our experience one to remember.
