Our lounge is flanked by dual fireplaces and centered with a nine-foot concert grand piano and built-in dance floor. Excellent service, food, and ambiance! This was the first time we had been to Vicky’s in quite a while. All I can say is that it still is outstanding!!

The server was OK. Some of the food was excellent, such as the cream spinach. The chicken was not good and very overcooked. The music was wonderful!

Enjoyed our first visit to Vicky’s. Great food and ambiance. The lamb and salmon were excellent. A very chill evening quiet and refreshing. There’s a separate room with entertainment. Next time we will enjoy that.

It is certainly a place to go if in Palm Springs area. A super fun and b=vibrant atmosphere and the band (John Stanley King) was OUTSTANDING - particularly their last set. Food alternated between amazing and not great, but we only ordered a few things. Lamb chops and beet salad amazing, but tuna ahi tower not very good.

My wife made reservations for 5pm on January 19 for three--her, me (husband) and a friend from Arizona. When we arrived at 4:50pm we were told we could not be seated until 5 although a couple in line after us was seated. So we waited. We were seated and then learned that Rose Mallett would not perform. One reason our friend came from Arizona was to hear Rose Mallett who she had heard on a previous visit and had purchased her CDs. The busboy confirmed the Rose would not be singing. He said she was sick--Again! Our waitress was Elena G. per our receipt. We ordered our drinks and then food. The food was delivered by service personnel who did not know who ordered what. In fact, they had brought the wrong to our friend and me. Elena came by and we told her we didn't think this was the correct food. She agreed and took back what had been delivered to our friend and me. Elena then delivered the correct food after a short wait. Both my wife and I thought what we ordered (scallops and lobster ravioli) just OK--nothing worth ordering again. Our water glasses were filled when emptied which was good. I paid the bill with a 15% tip (rounded) based on the food cost without tax. Elena G. came back to the table after picking up the payment and announced loudly enough for my wife and me plus our friend to hear that I had paid less than 15% tip and ask if there was anything wrong with her service. I told her service was acceptable but nothing exceptional. I did tell Elena I did not like the servers not knowing who had what and the wrong food being delivered. She said that was the servers' fault not hers. However, to me, that is a part of the total service to be taken into account when providing a tip. In addition, in order to have exceptional service once Elena knew we were extremely disappointed that Rose was not there she would have provided at least a complementary dessert to share or something to salve our feelings. We will very likely not return to Vick's.

Everything was very good. The Seabass was particularly good with the macadamia crust. Wine selection by the bottle was good, however, by the glass was average at best. Cocktails were very generous. Nice ambience, server was very good, baked potato was outrageous! Cocktails were very generous.

My 2nd time at Vicky's, my date's first, and WE LOVED IT! Her salmon was perfect, as was my rack of lamb. And their apple pie dessert that we shared...OMG...I'm an apple dessert aficionado, and I've never had better in my 7 decades hangin'' around this planet. We'll be back!

Our service was excellent. 3 of the 6 meals were not satisfactory. Fried chicken wasn’t cooked through. Fish & chips were way overcooked. Pasta was just ok, not much sauce. Lamb was delicious. Some of us were very disappointed with our meals compared to previous reservations. Entertainment was excellent.
