Our friends came into LAX for an overnight stay. We chose Vicini as our restaurant to have dinner with them. It was incredible! Everything from the food we had to our wines and the Ability to have a nice conversation in the somewhat quiet restaurant was superb. The steak that I had was incredible and perfectly done. The others’ pasta dishes were delicious! It is certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and would like authentic Italian food. The ambience was perfect as well. The only drawback is there is limited parking only on the side streets with a meter or after seven in front of the restaurant on the street.

It was a perfect date with my husband. The noise level was low enough that we could have a conversation. Always a plus. The warm bread and butter was a great place to start. Then we coursed out three dishes which our server handled in a timely manner. The octopus starter was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The softshell crab was crispy and delicious. The pasta entrée was the best of all. Agnolotti Di brasato was superb. Lovely neighborhood restaurant. Highly recommended.

This is my third visit to Vicini with a guest in the past month. The food is consistently excellent and the service is personal. Each time the owner/chef has personally greeted us and even served some of the dishes. The restaurant is new and clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The menu varies and everything I have had is amazing. 5 stars!

The best Italian restaurant in Los Angeles. The service was amazing as they pivoted and went above and beyond to make sure my wife’s birthday was memorable. The food was even better than the service. Everyone in our party loved their appetizers and entrees. Everything was freshly made.

Dee-lish! Vicini is a gem of a restaurant created by Chef Lucio and his team of friendly servers and assistants. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is lovely at this mid-block venue on Pico Blvd. Try the agnolotti di brasato (pasta stuffed with braised shortrib) or the tagliatelle bolognese; the buratta caprese is big enough for two. Next time I'm having the risotto gamberi asperagi. Don't miss this Westside treasure.
