Christmas Eve "Feast of the Seven Fishes" was spectacular!! We loved every single dish and plan to go back to this restaurant again based on how wonderful our experience was.

This neighborhood desperately needed a great family restaurant and Vicini is it. Best branzino I have had in LA.

I think this is the best Italian restaurant in LA right now. Pasta dishes are as good as I had them in Northern Italy, deserts are spectacular and the service/ambiance are impeccable. My go to spot for a great meal these days in West LA.

Room needs a bit of charm. Darker curtains to replace the white ones would warm it up. Table cloths? Our server was great and very attentive. A couple of children were having a meltdown in the room next door, which was a bit of a drag. Not sure what a restaurant can do about it when parents don’t put an instant stop to screaming children. When we raised our children, we immediately took the offending child outside until they could calm down. The food was good, and the short rib raging delicious.

Our friends came into LAX for an overnight stay. We chose Vicini as our restaurant to have dinner with them. It was incredible! Everything from the food we had to our wines and the Ability to have a nice conversation in the somewhat quiet restaurant was superb. The steak that I had was incredible and perfectly done. The others’ pasta dishes were delicious! It is certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and would like authentic Italian food. The ambience was perfect as well. The only drawback is there is limited parking only on the side streets with a meter or after seven in front of the restaurant on the street.

It was a perfect date with my husband. The noise level was low enough that we could have a conversation. Always a plus. The warm bread and butter was a great place to start. Then we coursed out three dishes which our server handled in a timely manner. The octopus starter was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The softshell crab was crispy and delicious. The pasta entrée was the best of all. Agnolotti Di brasato was superb. Lovely neighborhood restaurant. Highly recommended.
