                                                          This is one of the best restaurants in Charlottetown in my opinion. The furnishings and decor help create an ambience which is comfortable and beautiful. The cuisine is fantastic and never disappoints. I usually decide on their special pizza offering with the caesar salad. Those with whom I have dined with love their meatballs and the paninis. I always find the servers are attentive but never hover. It truly meets my expectations every time I dine at Vicinato!

                                                          Excellent menu options, including kids menu. Great service from Alex. Atmosphere was really lovely - casual and comfortable. Food was delicious!!

                                                          We noticed the start rating on Yelp and wanted to end our stay on PEI with an Italian dinner and Vicinato did not disappoint. The focaccia with the basil herbed butter and red chili peppers were great as a started. We then had the polpette meatballs as appetizers and they were delicious! For entrees, we had the romagna pizza and the pappardelle alla genovese. They were both delicious however the pasta was described as "slow cooked beef" and so we had envisioned short rib style beef but it looked like ground beef....But it was tasty. For dessert we had the maritozzi and the crostata al limone. while they were both delicious the latter was a fancy lemon meringue pie and so I preferred the former - mascarpone orange creme was amazing. All in all, this restaurant did not dissapoint as our last meal on PEI.
