Vetri Cucina is offering two prix fixe menus: Our classic tasting menu is a 4 course menu with choices at $165pp (*$175 for the month of December) The seasonal Forchetta menu is a 6 course chef selected menu at $215pp (*$225 for the month of December) Two wine pairing options: $95 and $150 are available. Corkage Policy: Vetri Cucina does NOT allow any outside bottles. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research. Each guest is welcomed with a complimentary Spritz or glass of Prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu and wine options, allowing you to select your courses from the menu. We will be serving our classic tasting menu at $225 pp and our seasonal Forcehtta tasting menu at $275 pp. These menus will have special, upgraded offerings to make the last day of 2024 a night to remember. Think along the lines of caviar, premium seafood and more. Our sommelier will have an incredible selection of bubbles to select from, as well as wine pairing offerings to accompany the menus- with of course a midnight toast!
