In May 2021, this 40year-old-neighborhood gem on a hill underwent a full renovation. Venetian Palace is now sporting new digs with crisp modern decor and an expanded wine list. The impetus for the revamp was new ownership. Yes, the rumors are true... Valentino’s Restaurant Group which began in NE Baltimore city has now come to Harford County!

The food is better than ever, with highlights being the seafood pasta, the jumbo lump crab cakes, the grilled lamb chops, artisan handhelds, and the breakfast choices served all day. Whether you are dining in or picking up carry-out do not forget the dessert!

A friend and I went for breakfast to celebrate our birthdays. She adored her eggs benedict with corned beef --I think they call it Eggs Amore. Large portion of home fries came with it. The eggs were poached perfectly, which seems to be a dying art! I had French toast with nutella and bananas. Would have been a better choice as a dessert, but it was yummy. Lots of the delicious nutella spread on three large pieces of French toast. I also had a mango smoothie; that was excellent!! I do wish there were more cushioning on the seats... Out server was so attentive and caring. I had a serious coughing, almost choking fit at one point, and his concern was so genuine and kind. I'll be back!!!

3 separate requests to waiter to bring lemon, sugar and butter. Never came. Went to counter myself to retrieve. Staff at counter was very helpful. Cold restaurant bring a sweater.

Amazing service and even better food! The Chesapeake salad is outstanding! The menu is so plentiful that we had a hard time deciding what to order but our selections didn’t disappoint! This is a must try restaurant and guarantee you’ll be back.

Found this place through Google, and is the second time we've visited from NJ. IT is a good place with good food, and serves alcohol, and for 4 people, with dessert, was about $200.

Service was quick and friendly. The Chicken Francais was somewhat tasteless and the ravioli was undercooked (crunchy as opposed to al dente). Food was relatively inexpensive.

We stopped here for a quick dinner immediately after a nearby lacrosse tournament, and were in a hurry to hit the road back to Ohio. Our server was quick, friendly, and efficient and the food was decent. Large portions for reasonable prices.

The Venetian has a great balance of delicious food and a casual but classy ambiance. The calamari and fries were both crispy, the pizza sauce was surprisingly delicious, and the portion sizes for all of our entrees were generous. The prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality. I brought my family for Father’s Day and won’t be our last time visiting.

Our waitress was wonderful and very patient as we had a late arrival. The grilled romaine salad was really yummy and good blended flavors. The wine prices seemed a bit high for the house wine.
