Highly recommended for a table of eight, but also suitable for 10, guests sit around a one-of-a-kind dining table, carved out of a single tree. The private dining room or “PDR” is best known for the great views, both within the dining room and out. A large window allows diners to enjoy an insider’s view of the kitchen, which can be fogged up in a flip of a switch for extra privacy. A floor-to-ceiling window invites in views of Hong Kong’s famous skyline and a slice of Victoria Harbour.
