At Vapiano, we combine traditional Italian recipes with a dash of Aussie spice, using the best Australian produce sourced within 150 kilometres of each restaurant. We’re home to both those who love a creamy bowl of carbonara to get them through the Monday blues and those who love a thin crust margherita pizza with a vino on a Thursday night.

Really pleased with the restaurant in terms of service (they took into consideration we were going to the theatre and dealt with our orders efficiently) and in terms of food - especially the garlic pizza we shared for starters. BUT we did not like the card only payment WITH a surcharge and no ability to split the bill. For a place that caters for large groups heading out for a show, this is a real inconvenience......

Food was great, portion sizes were perfect and the flavour was delightful. Service was quick for drinks and understandable for food as made fresh which the staff were upfront about.

Great food. Service could have been a bit better. We ordered an entree and mains. My main came out with the entree- and I was asked if I want it now and be left sitting on the table.

Tasteless uninspiring very small meals for price. Unattentive disinterested staff, tried to charge me for a drink I'd already paid for.

Staff were so lovely for the entire night, service was really quick and overall it was just a night to remember! Will definitely be coming back :)

We had a lovely mothers day celebration at Vapiano on Bourke Street Mall. I had asked the crew to organize a surprise Prosecco on arrival for my mum & they did so, they were so kind & hospitable to my mum and I - really made our night out super special & I would highly recommend! I'm vego and mum is vegan, there are so many wonderful options which is a delight for us!
