    As you are dining with us as a larger group booking, you will be dining from our restaurant tasting menu which can be viewed on our website. https://valentinamerimbula.com/tasting-menu Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 6 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within this time, or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $50 per person. Groups of 7 or more will incur a 10% service charge. This reservation is for 2 hours.

    Wow, what the chefs deliver is amazing, every dish packed with flavour. The location is tucked away in an unexpected spot with lovely views across the river! Tables are set up so you don’t feel on top of the next one, but we still managed to pick up a conversation with the next table who were keen to share how their dish choices compared with ours. We went with the Chefs menu, great selection across the menu, saved us thinking! Wine choices were good. Just wished we’d thought to book before we got here, if we had would have come more than once!

    What a fabulous experience the food was great, service was amazing and the view was amazing... the chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream and nuts topped off a fabulous evening.

    Beautiful food in a lovely location. Courses could have been a little more generous for sharing and could perhaps have been better spaced apart for our birthday celebration group. But overall we loved it, will recommend and return.

    Once again, Valentina did not disappoint- we asked for the share menu with a slight change- no problem. Every portion was incredible. Service was attentive and friendly. Thoroughly recommend!!!

    We were a group of 5 and overall had a very pleasant evening at Valentina. We chose to go with the a la carte menu. Dishes are apparently designed to be shared and having 5 in the group meant we could try more dishes. However, it was hard to know how much to order and ended up with more food than was necessary, although the waiter had reassured us that we had enough food. The dishes tended to be on the heavily flavoured spectrum rather than being more nuanced or subtle in ways that might have enhanced the natural flavours of the ingredients used. There were long waits in between dishes so be prepared if choosing the a la carte option. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

    We had a wonderful dinner every dish was outstanding. Lovely place to go for a special occasion dinner or a steak and glass of wine. Great atmosphere and staff wonderful.
