Urban Farmer es un restaurante de cortes finos estadounidense que ofrece platillos preparados con materias primas de origen indígena y local. Urban Farmer, ubicado en el lobby de The Nines, un hotel The Luxury Collection, ofrece gastronomía refinada en un ambiente elegante y discreto. El menú de platillos ofrece principalmente filetes de res de primera calidad añejados en seco y verduras frescas cultivadas localmente. Muy buena opcion en Portland donde muchos restaurantes y tiendas han cerrado. No me encanta que sea dentro de un hotel pero el lugar esta agradable, buena comida y servicio y musica en vivo.

El valet Parking cobra 20 dólares El lugar es bonito, aunque da mucho el sol y llega a ser molesto. Tardaron más de 50 minutos en servir nuestra comida, que solo eran ensaladas, además trajeron la comida sin respetar tiempos y también órdenes incompletas. El servicio es pésimo desde el Valet, la hostess, meseros.... No vale lo que cuesta.

It was Christmas day so maybe we had the second string staff, but the service was not what I would expect at a high-end restaurant. Staff was nice but not attentive. Food was hit and miss. Some of the dishes were excellent, some were average and one was disappointing. I did like the venue’s ambiance. It was comfortable and well decorated. Overall, I can’t recommend. I expected more from this high price restaurant.

What a beautiful Christmas breakfast! We had a group of 11, a mixture of kids, teens, and adults. We were treated with kindness & generosity throughout our visit. We never felt rushed even though we were there for a long time. Our drinks and food were excellent. The ambiance was a very sweet and upscale holiday vibe. Our server was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

My family and I had a very nice experience here. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food quality was decent. I would definitely come back here in the future.

We went for the Christmas Prix fixe menu 2024. The good: -Atmosphere is really nice at the Nines Hotel with a wonderful view. -Service is good. -In our party someone really enjoyed the Prime Rib. The flourless chocolate cake was to die for! The bad: -The sweet potato rolls were stale/ hard. -All the sides were lacking seasoning. -The roasted cauliflower had a sauce that was way too vinegary to the point you only tasted that. -The chicken was extremely dry and almost too sweet. -The toffee pudding for dessert was more like a muffin with a little frosting, it desperately needed a sauce or ice cream.

we were promptly seated at a nice table for two. Our server (Diamond) was very attentive. The cornbread with butter, on the house, was enjoyable. We had one order of the Pork chop with stone fruit, it was excellent and the large portion could have been shared by two moderate eaters. The mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. The other order was the steak tartar which slightly differed from a traditional presentation, as it is already mixed. Our server explained their preparation and I was not surprised to see it presented that way. It was really very good and flavorful. Selections of wine by the glass were good. all in all a very well prepared and tasty meal!

For the amount of money we spent, we expected better food and service. Beautiful room, everything else marginal

The food was mediocre at best. I had a Cesar salad with chicken and it had no dressing on it. It took me 20 min to find someone to bring me the dressing. Service was really slow. We were there for 2 hours, waiting for them to clear our plates and then still had to ask for the bill. We won’t be back.
