The Steakhouse American grill gets William Jack Degel’s food and decor makeover, and the result is simply amazing! Featuring scratch-made appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, craft cocktails, and specializing in STEAK. Uncle Jack’s has the look and feel of a 1900s warehouse in New York’s Famous Meatpacking District, complete with aged cement, raw vintage steel, subway tile, meat hooks, custom wallpaper featuring archival butcher photos, with flying pigs and steer heads mounted on the walls. The tufted and red vinyl seating, marble bar tops with old-school bar styling mixed in, and outdoor fire pit lounge areas provide a pop of sophistication while also reinforcing the vintage theme. We offer The Ric Flair private dining suite, a full outdoor covered heated dining patio with fireplace lounges, a beautiful craft cocktail bar, bourbons, whiskeys, local craft beers, and wines.

We will not be running our Endless Steak promotion on the following days: 2/13, 2/14, and 2/15.

LOVE this restaurant!!! I don’t live in Georgia anymore, but anytime I come to town. I try to stop by. You had one of the world’s best waitresses working tonight by the name of Patti. The problem was, Patti was nearly by herself working the entire restaurant. In addition to working about 15 tables, she was also bartending. We were absolutely amazed at her ability to manage all of it, however, at no fault of her own it causes issues with serving and timing. I understand that restaurants can be shortstaffed. However, when you charge as much as you do for food, the service should be impeccable. Because of how many tables Patti was having to work it was impossible for her to give impeccable service . Maybe it was the fact we came on a Sunday night . Again, it’s one of my favorite places when I come to Atlanta and the food was great. Please give Patti special kudos for pulling off an absolute miracle

Valentine’s Day arrived 815pm. Ordered drinks and my wife got a salad. Salad came out quickly. She and I were talking about many things and time passed quickly. At 950, the server asked if the manager check in with us. Nobody checked on us. We asked for the check and left. I never received anything. My wife’s meal never came either. We ordered a steak and chicken salad, wasn’t hard. But they did comp one of two $21 cocktails without us asking. That was the apology. We observed another table facing the same situation. Our table was by the exit to the outside eating area. The pressure difference between the two rooms was significant with a strong wind each time. The door opened to my back no less than 150 times during our hopeless wait…so strong it blew out the candle on the table early on. Needless to say, won’t be back.

We went valentines day so take that in stride but 2 hours to get our food. It was very chaotic and not very well managed. Some people left without getting food because of the wait. I waitress seemed very frazzled the whole time. The food was good one it finally came but will not return to visit this place again.

Though it was Valentine’s Day, we waited over an hour and forty-five minutes for a hamburger and a steak sandwich. The food was fair. We didn’t see our server for over 30 minutes at times and it wasn’t until I flagged down manager did our food arrive. This is the second time we have eaten there and our last.

We had reservations and attended on Valentines. They were understaffed for the amount of guests. We didn't receive some of our food items and slow service.

Very disappointed in the treatment at this restaurant! We had reservations and were sat at the worst table. On the patio right next to an open door to outside. When we asked about another table, we were told it’s first come first serve, even though we made reservations and there were numerous empty tables in the restaurant. They would not give us another table, other than suggesting the bar. Not what I consider a romantic Valentine’s day dinner. To top it off, the two hostesses were smug the whole time! We left, they dod not deserve our money!

The best wedge salad I ever had. Ribeye was delicious. Filet a little salty. Broccolini was way to salty. The service was excellent. The Mgr., came to check on us. She was very friendly & professional. We would definitely recommend this restaurant & Return again. 👍
