Perfect setting for valentine! We went there the night i proposed to my girlfriend. The entire igloo was decorated with balloons and roses! The food and the service was amazing!

There is a few service people so we left mostly not taken care of. We were at a table close to the door to garden and the door used frequently which made it uncomfortable for us due to cold weather.

We should have known better when we were the only diners in the restaurant. But because it was early on a Monday night, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was the worst meal we’ve had in years. I would not feed my dog what we were served. Our daughter, who is a chef, says she is nearly certain the sushi role had been prepared days before and refrigerated. The rice was cold, hard, and sticky with a tacky film. The dumplings were eerily similar to the ones you buy in the freezer section of the grocery. The Mai Goering was drowning in its sauce. The bartender was the only waiter and we saw him exactly twice. To order and to deliver And then he never reappeared. We had to go find someone at the front desk in order to pay our bill. The whole experience was a sham.

Lovely restaurant with good service. Food was good but a bit overpriced for the portion size and complexity.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. As it was very quiet we were asked if we wanted to sit in the outside pods - which we did. Whilst the service was very good, the food was just so so. The edamame was lukewarm by the time it got to us, the dumplings were hard, the mains slightly overcooked

We had a fabulous time in the pod. We didn’t ask for one but as we were 5, they gave us one. Food was really tasty and authentic and Nithin our waiter was brilliant. He knew we were going to the Albert hall and brought our food promptly but without fuss. We will definitely go again.

Food was fine, but overpriced for what it was. The garden setting was nice, but the overall experience like faulty towers. The staff didn’t really know what they were doing. We were told they were really busy but there were only the domes that were being used & one other table. We had to ask for menus twice. Food arrived, but without cutlery, so we had to ask for that twice too. Also had to ask for a drinks menu as that wasn’t brought out when they threw the food menu onto the table. The staff weren’t rude, but the service was just very poor. A children’s party had finished in a section of the inside area of the restaurant before we arrived & the person (not the waiting staff) setting down was popping hundreds of balloons. The doors were open so despite sitting in the garden that was unpleasantly loud. We had arrived at 5.15, 15mins before our reservation, one hour later our food still hadn’t arrived.

Unami will be one of favorite places to dine in the world! Although it was bad news upon arrival there (our reservations didn’t indicate that we had reservations for the dome), the manger made sure it got corrected and we were seated in one of the domes. From there on it was pure delight and enjoyment. Food, service, and ambience was just as expected. I highly recommend UNAMI for dinner reservations next time you’re visiting London!

I recently dined at UMAMI, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, and the presentation was amazing. I really enjoyed my dinner, and the team was very welcoming. I would definitely come back!
