Sitting behind the majestic and historic Laugharne Castle on the cobbled Market Lane is Ty-Glo, comes a brand new, family friendly and contemporary dining experience from the creator of the successful Dexter's restaurants in Carmarthen and Laugharne. Ty-Glo delivers a fashionable and modern dining experience, serving innovative pizza and succulent grilled meats with a fantastic array of incredible sides.

The leafy and calming environment in one of Wales' most beautiful settings will provide a welcome and pleasant dining experience. Not only does Ty-Glo have a large restaurant floor, it also has an outdoor shambles (this section will be open in 2025) and cosy tables on the cobbles too. Wow!! Blown away by this family friendly contemporary restaurant! We ordered 5 small plates and 2 main meals. The flavours were fresh and incredible and seemed to have been matched in heaven! The presentation of the food was top class and when the flavours match the quality of the presentation… wow! Just wow! The relaxed ambience, excellent service and attention to detail really shine through. We had to have dessert and this too was also out of this world! Try something with the pistachio soft serve ice cream and just wait to experience something new! To top it all off when you pay you don’t feel like you’ve been ripped off! Quite the opposite actually. This is a hidden gem that I don’t think is going to stay hidden for very long!

Great service- helpful to our wheelchair bound dad and even warmed his beer up (!) as requested. Lovely ambience - lots of families. Dogs obviously welcone too. We are really enjoyed our lunch.

just got home from our first visit!! waw beautiful place stunning deco with lovely vibe! felt we had privacy with how the seating is set up -loved this!! staff were so lovely couldn't do enough! food was so good too 😋 we will definitely be back soon -highly recommend!

All very good at Ty Glo. Pizza’s and grill menu but all of the dishes that Alex and his team have developed step away from the obvious. The restaurant is warm, elegant and has a friendly atmosphere. It was busy on Sunday - the last evening before Christmas - but the acoustics are exceptionally good and the tables well spaced so it is a very comfortable to spend a couple of hours. Ty Glo is a very welcome addition to the special town of Laugharne.

We had four roast dinners. Everything was perfect. Clean plates for everyone. Stunning!

We had 2 different pizza. Both very oily, never had a pizza so oily.i thought was deep fried. Not good at all. Wested mony. The test of mine was terrible

I celebrated my birthday at the restaurant with 9 friends and it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend the food, wine and the wonderful staff. Many thanks.
