The Two Sawyers is a 16th Century Inn recently refurbished and under family ownership. We pride ourselves on serving excellent beer and food.

We have a large beer garden to the rear of the pub with over 30 tables for our guests to use for both drinking and dining.

A character bar with log fires serving guest ales, beers, and wines. The restaurant serves traditional pub food twice both lunch and evening and all day on both Saturday and Sunday.

We visited this pub twice on our visit to Fairlight. The pub was very busy and a few items had run out but the food we had was very good especially the sea bream fillet - cooked very well. The creme brûlée was good as well as the whitebait. The waitresses were very good and had a difficult job climbing over dogs in bar and where we were sitting to get to the part of the restaurant we were in. The pub has a great atmosphere but I would say, if you were a bit frightened of dogs, there were an awful lot there ! We would recommend it but not if you were not too keen about being in an area with a lot of dogs. ps we like dogs and have had dogs for many years :)

Absolutely fantastic roast lunch .. the pork and the lamb were outstanding. Happy to supply extra gravy when asked and absolutely delicious on every level.

Lovely roast dinner, gluten free choices not just for the mains but also desserts are available, which you can’t always get at other restaurants/pubs.

We wanted somewhere different to eat for my husbands birthday and remember driving past Two sawyers a long while ago saying we should try that place. I’m so happy we did it’s the best food I couldn’t compliment it enough. Great atmosphere just had the best time. This is going to be our first choice place for a meal next time out LOVE IT

Lovely food and service . They could adjust the lighting. The bulbs were crazy bright . Id recommend this cosy pub .
