Turkuaz takes its name from the turquoise colored sea in Turkey and Mediterranean and brings both a culinary experience and an ethnic one to NYC. We started twenty years ago, in the Upper West Side and moved to Midtown West in 2019. Our food is healthy and flavorful, with a lot of Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean delicacies, our service is friendly and professional and our atmosphere is romantic and transporting. Our location is ideal for theater crowd and tourists. Whether you are on your own and are looking for a quick bite, or you want to spend time with your sweetheart or friends, you will have a great time at Turkuaz. If you are one of our previous patrons, please come and check us out at our new locations. If we have never met, try us out, we have been in this business long and strong and have built a good brand. We have 20 years of experience in the corporate and residential catering business. The richness of the menu makes it available to create a colorful and delicious presentation. Chafing dishes and stereos, silverware and plates are also available to be ordered for finer catering orders.

Perfect location in relation to the theatres yet seems not right in the thick of it. Food came quickly, everything delicious though the falafels are a tad small. Would absolutely come here again.

Beautifully decorated space with ambient lighting. A comfortable quiet oasis in the midst of the chaotic atmosphere of the Theater district. Helpful and attentive waitstaff. Quick service though the restaurant was not busy when we ate. Nicely present plates. I had the hunkar begendi. The meat was tender. The eggplant puree could have been a little more smoky but otherwise delicious. My partner had the stuffed cabbage and enjoyed it. The latter was a nice proportion. The dessert of kunefe was very good. I have eaten there three times and not been disappointed.

Some new dishes. The appetizers can fill you up and make you smile. And the desserts, especially the Baklava and the Kunefe, are to die for!

Very popular and quaint restaurant. Very relaxing and nicely decorated atmosphere. The food and service are outstanding. It's definitely a nice little secret neighborhood gem.

Service was very friendly and attentive. We were there pre - show and were able to leave with plenty of time for our performance. Appetizer spreads were good. Fish was somewhat dry.
