FAQ’s:
1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? There is complimentary parking at the Dekalb Tire parking garage courtesy of Executive Parking Monday through Thursday 5PM to 9PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 7 OR more are considered a large party and require "large party form".
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Friday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

It was amazing! Intimate birthday dinner. Food was delicious! Service was great! Having DJ La Bonita as the surprise DJ was the cherry on top!

We did the couples retreat. When we ordered we didn’t receive the Bubbly Wine nor did we know about it until I looked at the menu and asked about it. After we ordered drinks. We would not have ordered drinks! They sent us home with the bottle Not only that the oxtail pasta was super salty. We sent it back and replaced it with the chicken. It literally took 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Also we ordered a second drink and it never came but was on our bill. Had that removed. Also we had to tell the waitress we didn’t get the dessert that was included in the couples retreat. I pointed it out to the waitress then she brought the churros in a to go box (which I didn’t ask to be put in) plus we didn’t get any of the dips. The chocolate sauce and caramel. I then had to ask for that! The entire time took 2 hrs. Not 2 hrs of us enjoying our experience but 2 hrs of us waiting in between meals and drinks that never came. How is this place all over TikTok???

Tulum did not disappoint. The ambiance and food were great. Our server Meeka and manager Tim were great as well. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return.

The establishment and ambiance was very nice. However the service was very poor. The man was being rude and very petty with our birthday reservation. The other staff were excellent but the host at the front was not. Which he was promising us and many other for fast seating. Which turn into a whole hour and 30 mins to only go up there and ask if he was going to seat us within the next 30 mins to say no. They didn’t take our cake either! However The people at the restaurant were overly friendly and polite

Very cool vibes, food was good, drinks were strong! , was a little busy but we got our food and drinks fast. Waitress was super sweet and helpful. Will def be going back sometime soon

The service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. Our server rarely checked in, frequently made mistakes with our order, and was often seen chatting with others rather than being available when we needed assistance. We had to search for her multiple times, and our food arrived cold and overly salty on several occasions, adding to our frustration. To make matters worse, we were charged for water without prior notice and weren’t informed that substitutions weren’t allowed, despite no mention of this policy on the menu. Communication was lacking at every step, and when we asked questions, the staff responded defensively instead of offering help. They seemed more interested in shifting blame than taking accountability, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. While the food was good once corrected, the poor service overshadowed the experience, especially on a special occasion. The high prices make it hard to justify a visit, so if you’re coming for the food alone, be prepared for subpar service. Our second server, although initially helpful and polite, became a bit defensive when we asked for clarification on the check. She seemed hurried, gesturing close to my face as she explained that the check should be fine due to added gratuity and that her manager had adjusted it. She also mentioned that our previous server should have informed us about the no-substitution policy. However, she seemed rushed, as if she needed to move on to another table, which made the experience feel even more dismissive. Unfortunately, despite her assistance, the check still didn’t add up, leaving us uncertain about the final charges. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had.
