Since 2010, Tuck Shop has become a neighbourhood institution thanks to their preparation of refined yet comforting dishes offered graciously by a hospitality team recognized for their attentiveness and warmth. Their seasonal menu, inspired by a range of cuisines to highlight the best in regional ingredients, reflects a commitment to fine dining standards - equally demonstrated by their solicitous service in an unpretentious atmosphere. Ideal for special occasions, dinner with friends, colleagues or clients, or even an impromptu evening out, there is sure to be something for everyone with a knowledgeable team to guide you through their specialty dishes, like fresh shucked oysters, or their extensive wine list . Tuck Shop is also available to catering events or can be rented out for private parties. Please note that when booking outdoors our patio areas are heated and covered, but we cannot guarantee alternate seating in case of inclement weather.

Everything was wonderful! We will certainly return in the future. My only feedback would be that I made a reservation for the dining room, but instead, we were seated at the bar. While we didn’t have an issue with this—our bartender was an absolute delight and took great care of us—I was a little surprised by the change. Additionally, we felt slightly rushed during our visit. Although we understand the 2-hour reservation limit and were seated about 10 minutes early, it felt like we were being hurried along rather than given the chance to fully enjoy the time we had allotted. That said, the food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. These minor points aside, we had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic service. The team accommodated our trio to a better table to start and was very attentive, we ate everything on the menu, minus the pasta… all gluten free. All were great… oysters, steak/frites, salad, duck, hamachi m, etc. were great. Great value. Great soundtrack and atmosphere. Worth the hype. Will be back.

You have to be willing to make the effort to get there, as it's not right downtown for tourists or for those in for a night on business. Outside of that, set your expectations for 11's across the board. The food is spectacular, the service team is warm, knowledgeable, timely, and helpful. The vibe is hip, but not snooty. Dollar for dollar, pound for pound, I can't point to better value anywhere for an upscale date night out. It was perfect. Well done Team Tuck Shop. Thank you.

Nous avons adoré le nourriture et l’ambiance. Le problème c’est que le service est beaucoup trop rapide. On ne savait pas qu’il y avait 2 services , on ne le dit pas en réservant. Réservation à 18:30 hres et 20:45 heures on était chez vous incluant une heure de route! On s’est senti obligé de partir. Nous qui pensait avoir un souper relax! C’est quand même un resto qui nous a coûté 370$! Dommage!

Overall the food was served on the cooler side and the focaccia bread was cold on the inside. The constant cleaning up of the table became intrusive and why use a wet cloth? We felt like we were being rushed even though we were aware of the 2 hour limit. Third time at the restaurant after a long break and it was disappointing.

Great restaurant, delicious food, a bit on the noisy side. Not the place for a laid back relaxing evening as you get the impression you're on a reservation timer and are expected to eat and be out for the next resevation.
