Our Omakase sushi restaurant, guests leave themselves in the hands of chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients available while we always respecting Japanese tradition or Japanese Cuisine, continually embraces new approaches and creativity. With the chef's nearly 30 years of experience, we infuse our cuisine with depth and refinement. Furthermore, by carefully selecting seasonal ingredients for our unique, ever-changing menu and emphasizing the use of sustainable ingredients, we aim to provide our customers with the finest flavors. We wholeheartedly welcome our guests and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional sushi dining experience.
Our food contains raw and cooked seafood, meats, various shellfish, sesame, dairy and gluten. As the menu is set we cannot accommodate any dietary requirements.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Tsuzumi with my partner, and it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the food was outstanding, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and exquisitely presented. Great ambience - spacious and calm, fresh fish and comprehensive menu. BYO option is good too! Good value for money comparing the other omakase options across sydney

Amazing food, but seriously...PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ANNIVESARY OR BIRTHDAY REQUESTS I HAVE READ A FEW REVIEWS REGARDING THIS AND YOU SHOULD NOT IGNORE THESE REQUESTS. My girlfriend and I had our anniversary dinner here and during dessert, the chef lit birthday candles for three customers. I could not see why he cant lit an extra one for our anniversary.

Highly recommended!! Chef Jun knows how to create great Japanese dishes using both Australian and Japanese ingredients. Great interior and atmosphere Service is Outstanding Must try limited Sake !! If you looking for special occasions or even business meeting. Highly recommended!!!
