Enjoyable dinner at Boca True Food Kitchen. Our server, Kimara, was Excellent. We had: Edamame Dumplings, our Favorite 2 Cups of Butternut Squash Soup Asian Chicken Salad Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl. We’ve been eating at TFK FOR 7 years

I went there for dinner and while everything was good, it felt more suited for lunch than dinner. It’s definitely a better lunch spot than a dinner destination.

Interesting, veggie heavy menu had me excited to eat here. But the edamame dumplings were too salty and my market salad was disappointing (missing the pistachios altogether); the large pieces of roasted carrot and cauliflower were ice cold and unappealing. I will not be rushing back

We have been coming to this restaurant when our family is in town for the past four years. They usually enjoy the variety and flavor of the food. This was the worst experience. First, the restaurant is grossly understaffed and not clean, there are rips in the seats and dirty tables went unattended for the entire visit. Second, we waited over 45 minutes to be served. When the food arrived, many of the ingredients listed on the menu were missing. When we told that to our server, it took another 25 minutes to bring out a plate of additional items, several of which were not listed on the menu. Third, there were many items that were not available because they had run out. That limited our selection, as several members of our party are Vegans. Fourth, we ordered two simple desserts, that also took over 35 minutes to arrive. I don't think we will be back, as this was not worth the value of the time. Ross Cappuzzo 732-618-2633

We have eaten here many times in the past and have always enjoyed the experience, service and food. Tonight was an exception. My turkey burger was not particularly hot, the piece of smoked glue was haphazardly placed on the burger and the side salad was, literally, dumped on top of the burger rather than alongside it. The edamame dumpling appetizer was not hot and my friend’s Asian chicken salad had no chicken on it. My husband’s lasagne was good but barely and hot and his friend’s chicken sandwich was fine. All in all, very disappointing.

I recently visited True Food Kitchen and was hesitant to try the edamame dumplings. However, the manager, Cristian, kindly offered me a complimentary side, and I’m so glad he did! The dumplings were delicious. The food was great, and Cristian’s hospitality made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Two in our party had the vegan Double Cheeseburger with vegan cheese, which they really enjoyed, the third person had the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl, which was delicious filled with lots of veggies and brown rice, and the fourth person had the Organic Tuscan Kale salad, which was a disappointment. The salad had only a sprinkling of shaved parm cheese plus toasted breadcrumbs and not worth it for the price. Our server was helpful but could have been more attentive. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the glorious weather.

I had lunch with a friend on a Sunday. I loved my chopped salad, and she really enjoyed her ancient grain bowl with salmon. The chopped salad is my absolute favorite thing on the menu, because of its wonderful combination of fruit and nuts on top of greens, so I was happy to see it on the menu in Boca. It was not on the menu in Nashville when I visited last year, and I was afraid I’d never see it again. Our server Ali (sorry if I misspelled it) was very enthusiastic and attentive. It was overall a great visit. I see this friend once a year when I travel to FL, and we try to catch up on so many things. It was nice to do that in a relaxing setting where we did not feel rushed in any way.
