Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great service, food and ambience. Brew pub downstairs also looks like a great time. Great place to bring people for a surprisingly unique dining experience.

The food has some interesting ideas, and the main space on the second floor is cool but only if you get a chance to sit there. Otherwise, the black room behind the main bar is quite gloomy and lacks character. Service also has a lot of room for improvement.

This was our third time dining here and after two great dining experiences this one was terrible . Food took a long time to come out and honestly it was salty and cold . Not sure how quality can drop that quickly , we spent over $350 for a party of 4 and it was terrible.

Having frequented Triumph in New Hope and its previous Princeton location, we were quite surprised and delighted by the new Triumph. It is, in essence, a triumph. Love the transformation of the space from a post office to a restaurant, with just enough details to remind you of the history without overdoing it. Food was excellent and the service outstanding. This is not a burger and beer place but a fine dining experience. Will return and recommend.

Service was friendly and professional, with the servers attentive for follow-up requests from tables. At times, especially at the start, it seemed a bit rushed with the server coming to take our order a couple of times too soon, but overall satisfying. Food portions were perfect and food was tasty. Ambience was good, noise level was low, clientele was clearly upper Princeton class society. A very satisfying fine dining experience. The only recommendation would be to keep the thermostat a bit higher.

The food is decent but no sides like VEGETABLES for dishes that don’t come with any (T-bone, lamb, etc). The arugula pear salad was good but mostly pears and very little arugula. Does the chef hate vegetables? Only one fish entree on the menu (cod) which is unfortunate. I would try again or just order appetizers next time. We liked the shrimp appetizer.

First time visit a pleasant surprise. Dined in room where I used to buy stamps. The attentive service, muffled noise because of high ceilings, the tasty oysters and cassoulet gets our stamp of approval.
