Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!

At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.

We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request.

We love the spirits and wine at trisaetum. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with wonderful wine or spirits to taste this is the place. They don’t disappoint

Alice is perfect example of how a winery staff should be. She makes sure you have what you need, provides details about the wine she is pouring and has a great sense of humor. She and the good wine keep us coming back

Amazing patio, servers are genuine and knowledgeable, Pinots from across several local AVA, Ribbon Ridge is my favorite, but note their bubbles too.

Trisaetum…..wonderful wines (especially dry Riesling and sparkling wines), outstanding personal service from warm, knowledgeable people. It’s so nice to go to a winery where your face is remembered. Alice was our sommelier for our sparkling tasting! She definitely “knows her wines.” We enjoyed her as much as we enjoyed the wines. Give Trisaetum a visit! You won’t be disappointed.

We opted for the spirits tasting after discovering their Willamette Valley Gin in our local liquor store, and wanted to try some of their non-distributed offerings. Very impressed overall. The cottage doesn’t offer the charcuterie board but the hazelnuts and rosemary popcorn were great palette cleansers between the spirits in the flight. We ended up liking several spirits so much that we left with 3 bottles. Will definitely be returning in the summer to experience the foliage and the better weather.

Snacks only were available as part of the distillery tasting. There was no option for doesn't apply so I checked good. Although if we had food, I sure that it would have been wonderful
