Happy New Year! Very busy but all the time everything is perfect, atmosphere was great our family loves seating near to fireplace !

Another great meal at La Tavola. We were able to move up our reservation, which was nice. Great servers who were very pleasant. We'll be back!

Good and service were excellent! Have eaten there before For lunch and food has always been top notch. For our dinner though, our table was close to the kitchen and bar - the least desirable location in the entire restaurant. The noise level was unacceptable. It was difficult to talk and the loud conversations nearby and general noise level made it hard to have an enjoyable dining experience. Will go there again but not for dinner.

Love La Tavola and will return films and time again. The spaghetti carbonara is so delicious and even better if they can make it in the cheese wheel.

The appetizers were good (too a long time to arrive). The main course was a pizza ... they were precooked and salty.

Fantastic! Already planning to visit again! We had planned a visit to Longwood Gardens on the evening of Christmas Day, not expecting to find a restaurant open for dinner afterwards. After an internet search and a phone call, we were delighted to discover that this Italian restaurant was indeed open on the biggest national and spiritual holiday of the year when chain stores and restaurants are closed. We made reservations for 7:30 PM on Christmas day. From the moment we approached the front door until we left, we were smitten. The place was packed full of couples and families with older children. Clean and well-lit parking garage was just steps away, the wait staff were knowledgeable and attentive (not to mention very handsome with thick Italian accents), the food was to die for, and the ambiance was charming. We wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often!

We ate here because it was one of the few places open on Christmas. It's a great find! They had very festive Christmas decorations, and the food and service were excellent. Make sure you have a reservation for Christmas day, as they were very full and possibly turning away people who did not have reservations.

We had a cozy Christmas lunch here after a morning visit to Longwood Gardens. What a special place! The service was outstanding and all our dishes were delicious. The gnocchi al fromaggio brie and arancini were perfect, the risotto porcini was a table favorite, and the salads were fresh and flavorful. This has become an instant favorite. I can't wait to come back to try the bruschetta and maybe not stuff myself so I can get dessert. Lots of vegetarian options, too!!

Start with delicious appetizers , Mediterranean salad , fried calamari are my favorite, and finishing with homemade tiramisu, highly recommended!

The restaurant was packed on a Monday night, with good reason. The food and service are great, with a focus on the local mushrooms, and the ambience is warm and welcoming. We will absolutely dine here again, and easily recommend it to anyone looking for great Italian food in Kennett Square.
