Had reservations, and when we arrived were told that the kitchen was backed up and that they would not be able to serve us for over an hour. What is the point of making reservations?

We were a group of 4. The Caesar and crispy chicken salads were excellent with fresh greens and dressings. The fried cod dinner was also very good and there was more than enough cod pieces and brought some home. The server was attentive and lunch was served within a reasonable time, we weren't on a schedule or in a hurry. We will be repeat customers as well as try the dinner restaurant at the top of the Embassy Suites hotel.

It could have been an off day but the service was not great. It took a very long time to get our food. Actually everyone in our group got their food and mine arrived when everyone in my group was finishing. The food was very good, however.

First visit ever and food took an hour, on a Thursday night Bill had to be readjusted since she didn't give me the special of the day, $19 burgers were bogo. Paper straws are annoying, no salt, pepper or condiments on the table. SUPER LOUD with everyone talking! No m7sic, a few tvs you can't see it hear. Nothing special there, salad bar is ONLY lunch on weekdays for 90 yr olds. Overall, it was similar to a fast food experience. Don't waste your money.

Only had a couple of drinks and an appetizer. All of which were good. There is no signage in hotel so it is difficult to find without asking.

We did not enjoy our experience. The atmosphere was industrial and concrete. Service was just ok. Food was just ok. We had 2 sandwiches that were burnt. The manager was very nice and took them off our bill. We won’t be returning to this place.
