In collaboration with the incredible farmers and distillers of Kentucky, this farm-to-table kitchen continues the comfort and quality of the former Kurtz Restaurant, a local favorite for over 80 years. We were staying at Bardstown motor lodge for our anniversary weekend and booked a table at Toogies. Amy was our server and she was fantastic, so friendly, personable and accommodating. I had just had dental surgery and she recommended food based on what I could eat. She checked on us regularly and really made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back and will request Amy for our server again. The food and drinks were yummy, especially the salmon, the portions were more generous than we expected as well. A great experience overall especially if you are staying at the motel.

Aimee's recommendation of the meatloaf and fried chicken was spot on. Both were phenomenal. The chicken was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and juicy meat. The bison meatloaf was outstanding. Dinner was absolutely delicious.

Food and seeevice were great. Amy, our server was great. It was a busy Friday night and Amy made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Had the brisket and it was way over cooked pretty much like leather. Mashed potatoes were good but might have been cause I was hungry.

Amy was an excellent server and staff all around was very friendly and accommodating. The greens were my favorite side and a tasty burger and fries to boot!

We love Toogies - always fun to see what is on the menu. Great food and drinks, our server Amy was great - very friendly and knowlegible! I do wish they had French press-style coffee with fresh cream, but other than that the meal was wonderful.

Food and ambience were really good. Our server Amy was attentive and kind. She told us about specials they were having in suggested suggested things to add to our meal. I would definitely return if I’m ever back in Bardstown, Kentucky.

We had a great server, Amy. She gave us a nice descriptive of all the items and was very attentive. We enjoyed the crab cakes, bison meatloaf and smoked salmon dip. Definitely great find. Thank you Amy.
