For over 50 years, Tony’s has been Houston’s pinnacle of fine dining. Under Donna Vallone's leadership, Chef Kate McLean brings a vibrant twist, blending live-action presentations with meticulous attention to detail. The menu features house-made pasta, seasonal ingredients, and signature dishes like Flaming Salt Crust Snapper and the indulgent Battle Axe Course. Alongside caviar and tasting menus, Kate’s creations merge her free spirit with the formal tradition instilled by her mentor, Tony Vallone. A Houston native, Kate became Tony’s first female Executive Chef in 2013. After a brief hiatus exploring writing and co-hosting a podcast, she returned in 2022 as Executive Chef and Partner, continuing Tony’s legacy. Located near Greenway Plaza and The Galleria, Tony’s remains the destination for upscale dining, offering a curated spirits list, extensive wine selection, and unforgettable experiences.

El foie caliente llegó frio, el seabass sabia a que llevaba congelado 3 dias, la carne muy buena y la pasta también Muy atentos todos, aunque un poco lento, tardaron en llegar los platillos, muy buen vino

Muy buen lugar que redujo aforo y su carta por el Covid-19 pero sin bajar el nivel. Lo unico es que por lo mismo de la pandemia pedimos una botella de vino y al pedir la segunda, ya no tenian otra igual pero nos trajeron otra marca que estaba muy buena tambien

Tony's is without peers in Houston--the finest dining experience for so many years! Great lunch menu, superior service, outstanding food! Go to place for a quiet lunch or for special occasions! The gold standard in Houston! Congrats to Donna and Kate for carrying on the great Tony's tradition!

Delightful ambience for our birthday lunch, excellent service, delicious food (I had the Ahi Tuna poke bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it; lunch was followed by the mega-souffle, which was wonderful but very pricey). Overall, an excellent experience.
