The brainchild of Lee Newton, owner of Loughton-based award-winning media and events business, Media 10, Tom, Dick & Harry’s brings something fresh and exciting to Essex.

Open every day from midday for brunch and lunch through to drinks and dinner in the evening, Tom, Dick and Harry’s offers a destination dining experience in the heart of Loughton. As well as the main dining room, there is a lounge area complete with baby grand piano, counter dining at the bar and two al fresco terraces. Small plates, Sunday roasts, extensive wine list, Michelin guide food, classic cocktails… all within a short walk to Epping Forest.

Couldn’t fault it! Food was delicious all 6 of us agreed . Service was excellent prompt and polite, staff went the extra mile for my daughter’s birthday despite it being very busy due to it being Mother’s Day .

Late booking for Mother’s Day with my teenage son ( who paid ! ) Lovely starters scallops and the octopus . The. Two roast lamb with vegetables which neither of us could finish ! Lovely

Great food as always!!! Live entertainment on a Friday night although glad we were at the back of restaurant away from the singer so we could chat

Firstly I’ve never seen so many good looking staff in a restaurant in my life. The ambience, food, service, level of attentiveness..staff just could not do enough for you….and can I talk about my Express Martini literally the best I have ever drank. Will definitely be back.

My friends and I frequently attend the Saturday bottomless brunch. The ambience is perfect, staff friendly, especially Islam and the music and singing is a nice touch! We will continue to book and I definitely recommend this for a fun and relaxed time for all.

Always decent service and the food was amazing. The best sticky toffee pudding !!!! The sun was out and the music was playing; so exactly the right vibe for me :-)

Overall an average experience. The Sunday Roast was mediocre, nothing special, the chicken was a little dry, the veg was boiled, no flavour. And the sides in general were a little cold. Potatoes were crispy on outside but undercooked in the middle. The entertainment was a little too loud , and in general the restaurant was very loud as everyone was trying to speak over the music. I wouldn’t return.
