Our experienc at Toby's was top notch. The staff were friendly and their service was quick. The food arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The place has a cozy vibe and you feel at home. I had the all day breakfast and my husband had a special from the board.

The food and the service were good. On the other hand it’s in a mall that took me 10 minutes to find, and the place looks beaten up a little bit can use a renovation.
