   I have a shellfish allergy. This can sometimes be a challenge. However, from the first moment we sat down our server was willing to make this a priority. I felt very confident in her an ability to keep me safe. This allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my dinner. We live in New Orleans but are already planning our next visit. 5 stars for this place and our server - Valentina T was awesome.

   Reserved party of 4 seated upon arrival. Food was delicious & service was fast & friendly. Quality ingredients & generous portions. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

   My date and I had a nice time at Tio Javi's. The atmosphere and the food was great. We both ordered the Pollo Gratinadas. You get two chicken breasts, which was tender and covered with onions, bell peppers & mushrooms on a hot plate. Rice and beans on a separate plate. Definitely recommend this dish and will be back again.

   We enjoyed our evening very much. It was relaxing while enjoying our drink with chips and salsa. We were visited by Holly and Savanah. It is always such a pleasure when they come to chat with us at our table. This is definitely not what you get elsewhere. The entire staff are such a pleasure, from Robert at the front who greets us by our name to Madison stopping by as she was training a new waitress to tell us hello and chat a moment as well. Thank you to the entire staff for always making our evening so enjoyable. Ashley is an Amazing waitress and never misses a beat with us. She is remarkable as well.

   I have to say, this is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Baton Rouge! I've tried all of them, and nothing compares!

   We love this restaurant and it’s staff. Food and drinks are always excellent, wait staff well trained and so friendly.

   It was a wonderful dinner. Drinks and food were great. Enjoyed it all. Service is always outstanding. No matter how busy, service still remains exceptional. The entire staff is wonderful all the way to the bus boys. If you haven't tried this place, you are definitely missing out.
