Tinsel Tavern is back, but this time Sandy Claus is coming to town and taking over Shark Bar for a beachy escape! This pop-up bar features wall-to-wall decor, a festive cocktail menu that yule love, special events like Holiday Drag Brunch, photo ops, and more. Whether you're on the nauti or nice list, grab your best beaches and dive into this over-the-top holiday pop-up bar!

Join us throughout the most wonderful time of the year! Open Wednesday - Saturday starting Friday, November 29th until Saturday, December 28th. Guests must be 21+.

Reservations are available Wednesday - Saturday, 4pm-10pm. Reservations start at $5 per person, payment is due when you make your reservation. For those without reservations, bar seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis, optimal for socializing.
*Reservations not available Friday & Saturday, 10pm - 2am, only walk-in availability. There will be a $10 cover at the door during this time.*

The charcuterie board was tiny and was not enough for four people. It did not include the fruit or olives. The drinks were not great. The gingerbread martinis were full of syrup. This was not a good experience.

I’d been to Tinsel Tavern at Budweiser Brewhouse a few years ago and really enjoyed it. This was pretty terrible. The decor was extremely underwhelming, there were no snack choices, the drinks were just ok, our table was dirty- AND we paid $10 each just to get in. Overall, definitely would not recommend- there are much better Christmas pop up options in STL!

Poorly decorated. Service poor. Only one food item which was not good. Our third a year and probably our last at Tinsel Tavern. Huge disappointment

The bar was very festive. The drink list was fabulous. Every drink was served in unique and festive glassware. Because they had a reservation system, the bar was bit over congested. I highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond! The pop up Christmas bar was ok, just eat before you arrive.

I paid for my reservation and once my boyfriend and I got there they were closed for the night. Very disappointed, and no way to get my money back.

Not too much Christmas decor which was fine with the beach vibe they were aligning with. Charcuterie board was expensive trash and they had premade them so the crackers were all moist from refrigeration. Drink choices were ok. Service was slowwwwwww and not engaging in the experience. Was double charged for things purchased on my reservation-the sever added them to the drink ticket…frustrating to wait and get that taken care of. Glad I went to check it out but the experience was not my favorite or even mid favorite pop up.

Food was not an option and the drinks were not good! The ambience was nice just wish that it had good tasting drinks and at least appetizers. Staff was friendly and decor was so cute!

We will not be back. My friends and I have a tradition of going to Christmas pop ups every year and have been doing so for the last 5 years. We were really hopeful for this one but were very disappointed. Our server was great- she was very friendly and attentive. We had asked if they served food and were told no by I believe the manager and then saw another table eating food. Asked our server and she said they have charcuterie boards for $25- ok. It was basically a strung together tray of random stuff from aldi’s- the crackers were soggy and not worth $25. We got some photo ops and moved on to another spot at ballpark village.
