Bonitas vistas y comida deliciosa. La hosstes nos quería dar una mala mesa aunq hubiera lugar en las mesas con vista, solo por eso no le pongo 5 estrellas de servicio. Nos costó mucho trabajo que nos cambiaran de mesa. De ahí en fuera, espectacular

El trato excelente y la comida exquisita, lo único el precio un poco elevado pero vale la pena por todo lo demás. Una velada exquisita.

Preciosa vista, la comida no muy buena... Atención buena , la loza estaba sucia. Por el precio yo me hubiera esperado un restaurante con comida de excelente nivel y todo impecable. Lo único que rescato es la vista de Londres

Me and my wife went TING for our first wedding anniversary and it was once in a lifetime experience. We really enjoyed our time there at dinner.

it was an absolute tourist trap, horribly done service mediocre food OK. I felt like I’m in a really bad Asian hotel in Shanghai. I was incredibly disappointed. It was an disgusting experience. Never ever would ever recommend this restaurant to anybody else in this world Disgusting Felix Fischer.

We got an excellent place to set, thank you for that. However the family seated next to us was with kids and a noisy once which make our seating experience very bad. We was coming extremely tired, and we was expecting a quiet place with a wonderful view of London and an outstanding food, hence not happened. The captain assigned to serve us was very bad, following are the issues: 1. I told him from the very beginning my wife is extremely hungry so please serve anything to eat on immediate basis his response was OK, which actually i believe should be telling us "Sir, minumm we need 20 min to provide anything of your oder and it will not be possible to provide something before that" this way I make my mind that we have to somehow busy ourselves for 20 min till something to eat will be provided, however he is "ok" make us more angry after almost 7 minutes when nothing served. 2. After calling him again to ask him for the food when it will be served again he was not able to estimate a time, and keep saying it is coming! 3. We informed him the kids next to us are very noisy, kindly do something either try to make them quiet or move us, the request was completely ignored. 4. After a visit of some senior staff to out table and our complaint to him upon asking about the service, and I believe the senior staff has convey our issues to him so he becomes angry therefore he was only talking to my daughter and ignoring me (head of the family) 5. While providing the bill he informed us the sweet is for free and not added in the bill - with an un acceptable tone - . Food quality and quantity was perfect and as expected and good value of money.

Excellent food and service with great views of tower bridge and lit up london skyline! There was some confusion about the guaranteed window seating cover charge but the management was accommodating about the misunderstanding. Would highly recommend the experience!
