   My wife and I dined here very recently. And we honestly couldn’t stop talking about how much of a good time it was and how delicious the food was. So on a whim we made a reservation again and unsurprisingly it was fantastic again! The food was delicious, I had the Butchers Cut and my wife has the Pork Chop. We had the Pork Belly starter and for dessert we shared the Brownie sundae and 2 Cappuccinos. We will definitely be back soon because this place has easily become one of our favorite restaurants

   Loved our dining experience. Our wonderful bartender made superb creative drinks. The arancini appetizer and the pork belly appetizer were both fabulous, We loved the veal medallions. And the creme brulee was a wonderful dessert. All of the staff members were efficient and personable. We were very appreciative of the valet parking service. We had a great window table with views of the river. All in all a marvelous dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant to others and will definitely dine here again.

   Food was delicious. We had salmon, a cod fish stew, egg rolls, and Caesar salad. Drinks were very good, especially the espresso martinis. Great ambience and views. Service was excellent. Elijah, our waitress has been at Thyme since it opened-she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We like the $5.00 valet parking as well.

   One of our favorites in the Lehigh Valley!! The views are outstanding- both inside and outside. The food is unique and incredible tasty. Love, love! High recommend Thyme!

   We went to Thyme at 5pm before 7:30 show at State Theatre. This was perfect timing to have a 90-100 min dinner and then walk non-chalantly to theater. Food portions were very good for price. Flavor and preparation was wonderful. We had pork chop, salmon and veal entrees. All tasted wonderful. Shared a wonderful green salad and banana cheesecake dessert. The cocktails were outstanding, especially the burnt orange side car. The view was stunning. The staff was very attentive (not annoying), the ambiance was lively. Music was just loud enough, not too loud to impact conversations. Wonderful addition to Easton.
