A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Valet is cheap and convenient for the area. However, the restaurant seemed to have a hard time defining what it was. It’s not quite a casual dining scene, not quite a lounge/bistro and not really a fine dining experience. The music was a bit loud causing me to hear everyone’s conversations as they had to speak very loudly. Overall, I would return but only for drinks at the bar as the wine and cocktail selection was abundant and diverse.

Absolutely wonderful! The crispy Olives were so yummy and our entrées were delicious! Two of us had the sesame crusted Tuna which was perfect, one had the salmon and she couldn't stop raving and the other had the pasta special which was a schnitzel. Our view was fantastic, the waiter was very attentive and personable and the overall vibe was great! Run. Don't walk. Go to Thyme!

Our waitress was delightful! She asked about food allergies and made recommendations based on our tables needs. The timing between courses was perfect. We had the filet and pasta special, both were delicious. The view of the city makes the evening a treat

Had a great experience. Had a table by the window with an excellent view of the Easton bridge and water front all lit up. Service very good everyone one quite cordial. My wife and I enjoyed our meals. Her fish choice and my filet were prepared to our liking. Desert and cappuccino excellent. Highly recommend. Would return again.
