Our kitchen enjoys an exceptional reputation built on the creative talents of our chefs. The menu is American, although our chef draws inspiration from his international travels. Whether you’re enjoying Southern breezes poolside, the cozy club setting of our lobby or relaxing in our dining room, rest assured that your meal is memorable and your service is prompt and cheerful.

The Willcox has received high honors for sustainability and is routinely recognized by Wine Spectator and our community for our food, cocktails and staff. Come break bread with us. The experience is unpretentious and remarkably delicious.

When booking your reservation please consider the bar booking is in our Lobby area, and that outdoor reservations are not guaranteed a table inside in the event of inclement weather.

We have been coming to the Wilcox for years and I have always thought it could be everything it is marketed as but was falling far short. Mathew Sayer who now is General Manager was always working hard to do his best for the guests. We came this year again and I brought my son and his family (5 grandkids). When I entered the hotel I could tell things had changed. Too many details to list in this review. Suffice it to say the Willcox is transformed into the Southern gem of hospitality and ambience one would expect. Great job Matt and team.

Very disappointed in management at the restaurant as I made afternoon tea reservations that were not honored because the restaurant failed to state ‘only after 3pm’ on the afternoon tea booking page. So my 12:45pm reservation was not honored after confirming time and adding ‘Afternoon Tea’ in the note box on the tea reservation booking page AND confirming with phone call to restaurant with staff member.

The Willcox is a great girls getaway location. We were there with our mom for lunch. We were seated at a quaint sitting area in the front lobby area. The food was delicious- fish and chips, ham and burrata salad, chicken sandwich and a cup of the tomato bisque (my fav). We arrived a few minutes before our reservations and were seated right away.

The Christmas spirt was in the air ! Aiken had the horse & dog parade which passed right in front of the hotel. Parking was a little hard to find but, the food made it worth while ! We can’t wait to have lunch out by the pool but, in the meantime we will have to sit in some comfortable couches near the fire place and sip on our drinks ! 😁

This was the most amazing dining experience. Our server was so awesome and the food was incredible. We had 4 starters, dessert, a bottle of wine and a couple of additional drinks and we expected our bill to be WAY more. Breakfast is included if you stay at the hotel (also highly recommend) and there’s a small charge for room service. Will definitely come again.

Love the beauty and history of the Wilcox. The dining room is lovely. The grilled chicken sandwich was not good.
