The Waters Edge at Giovanni’s is an award-winning steak house and event venue. We began more than 35 years ago as one of Stamford and Darien’s premiere Steakhouses, renowned for our Certified Angus Beef® steaks, select premium seafood and Italian specialties. The staff was so on point and welcoming. The ambience in the restaurant was ideal for a first date; despite the other side of the establishment hosting two parties, we were completely isolated from the noise! Service was at the perfect pace and the food came out cooked to order. Absolutely recommend!

The tables floor was dirty , the service was ok not good , the steak was great just not enough of it …everything else was generic diner food …with a ripoff price at the end

We got married here. This continues to be one of our staples for anniversary, but we don’t hesitate ever because the standards are high. Service is incredible. The owners take great pride and everything they do. The food was spectacular. Wonderful for Work events, private parties, and small intimate dinners. Old school vibes.

Had never been there before and it was a very nice experience. Walked in to a very welcoming owner, Sal. It was not very busy in the restaurant so noise level was quiet. Restaurant is lovely. Service was also very good and attentive. Food was also very good from the garlic bread, which they give a very full basket not just 2 little pieces, to the cannoli. Steak was tasty and came with potatoes and string beans. Will be going back!

We had an excellent meal! Filet and ribeye were cooked to our preference and our server Douglas was wonderful as always! Sal and Konnie and everyone else were great as always!
