El peor servicio por parte de la cocina, tardaron más de una hora en servir los platillos, aún y cuando el restaurante estaba a un 30% de su capacidad. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Muy pero muy mala experiencia.

The food was amazingly tasty. Each bite was better than previous one! There is room for improvement on the Service, the server was too busy and we had to wait +20 min to get the coffee, however when one of the lead server/manager saw us waiving at our server, he approached us and asked how could he help us.. we explained the situation and within 5 min our coffee was brought to our table. Other than that everything else was outstanding! Highly recommended experience.

We brought our parents for a Christmas dinner and were impressed from the moment we arrived and greeted by valet as we had a mobility impaired passenger. They were kind and efficient. Then at the restaurant our waiter Charles was perfect he was around when we needed him. He made the dinner excellent.

Today was very Special! I got engaged on top of Sulphur Mtn then came down to the Vermilion Room at the Banff Springs Hotel. When we told the staff what just happened they went out of their way to make it so Special for us ! Drew that served us was amazing and should get a raise , to all the staff great job ! No wonder it’s a top destination to visit in the world 🌎 we will be back !!! Thank you ! Todd and Suzy

King Crab Chowder was excellent as was our server. It did take about 10 minutes to be seated however, despite having a reservation. I think it was because they were changing service from breakfast to lunch. Beautifully appointed room and we had a lovely table by the window and fresh flowers on the table.
