Located in the original bank vault of the historic 555 California St building on the Concourse Level, The Vault Steakhouse offers indoor dining, a lounge and bar with an extensive cocktail, whiskey and wine program for a special occasion, business function, and date night - all in one place. Enjoy classics steakhouse cuts, creative and fun sides, tableside touches and more.

Chefs Ryan Cerizo & Jason Halverson have collaborated to take all of the things we love about Steakhouse dining and elevate it with simple, delicious, modern day touches.

Onsite parking is available for $5 in our 24 hour secured garage.

Our waiter Nathan was awesome!! He was very attentive stopping by our table and checking in on us. He made our anniversary dinner very special.. Thank You Nathan !!

My boyfriend and I made a reservation after seeing them in Instagram. Loved the live piano music but we were sat very close to it so it was difficult to talk. The service took a while. If we go back we will probably just got for drinks and apps. We loved the oysters, rolls, and they had a variety of dips. The steak was nice but we were not overwhelmed.

The food was great and so was the service. We liked how our food was spaced out between courses. We definitely will be back.

Had an almost private room for our party of 10. Great service. Everyone loved their dinners. It’s not inexpensive but a wonderful splurge for our family’s Christmas and birthdays celebration.

Our go-to steak house San Francisco. The atmosphere, service, and food are amazing. The servers are friendly and courteous. The steaks we had were cooked to perfection. The wine list is extensive. We will be back.

Very slow service for dinner at a table in the piano bar. 20+ mins to get first drink after being seated - food came out very slow. Ordered the filet medium - it was served bleeding red. When asked about gluten ingredients in one of the side dishes - took 20min to let us know after it was served. Very nice people, but no real sense of urgency. This was our second time at the Vault - disappointed with this visit.
